House Rules:
Check-In/Check-Out:
Check-in time is at 3:00 PM.
Check-out time is by 11:00 AM.
Early check-ins or late check-outs may be accommodated upon request, subject to availability.
No Smoking:
This is a non-smoking unit. Smoking is only permitted in designated areas outside the building or on the balcony.
No Pets:
Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate pets in this unit.
Quiet Hours:
Please respect our neighbours and observe quiet hours between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
Occupancy:
The maximum occupancy for this unit is 2 guests. Unauthorized guests are not permitted.
Parties & Events:
Parties or events are not allowed in the unit.
Damage & Loss:
Guests are responsible for any damage to the property or loss of items during their stay. Please report any damages or issues immediately.
Security Deposit:
A security deposit of 10 000 THB will be taken on the credit card provided at the time of booking.
This deposit will be refunded within 5 days after check-out, provided no damage or loss has occurred.
Cancellation Policy:
A 30% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation.
The remaining balance is due 21 days before your arrival.
Arrival Instructions:
Three days before your arrival, you will receive detailed instructions via email to help ensure a smooth check-in process.
For cancellations made within 21 days of arrival, the full payment is non-refundable.
