House Rules:

• Check-In/Check-Out:
• Check-in time is at 3:00 PM.
• Check-out time is by 11:00 AM.
• Early check-ins or late check-outs may be accommodated upon request, subject to availability.
• No Smoking:
• This is a non-smoking unit. Smoking is only permitted in designated areas outside the building or on the balcony.
• No Pets:
• Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate pets in this unit.
• Quiet Hours:
• Please respect our neighbours and observe quiet hours between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
• Occupancy:
• The maximum occupancy for this unit is 2 guests. Unauthorized guests are not permitted.
• Parties & Events:
• Parties or events are not allowed in the unit.
• Damage & Loss:
• Guests are responsible for any damage to the property or loss of items during their stay. Please report any damages or issues immediately.
• Security Deposit:
• A security deposit of 10 000 THB will be taken on the credit card provided at the time of booking.
• This deposit will be refunded within 5 days after check-out, provided no damage or loss has occurred.
• Cancellation Policy:
• A 30% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation.
• The remaining balance is due 21 days before your arrival.
• For cancellations made within 21 days of arrival, the full payment is non-refundable.
• Arrival Instructions:
• Three days before your arrival, you will receive detailed instructions via email to help ensure a smooth check-in process.
